Course Objectives: This elective course aims to provide students with the tools to renew their current leadership knowledge and to recognize the gap between their knowledge and practice by participating. During the course, they will not only gain motivation to take an action in the field of leadership, which is seen as the art of filling the gap between experience and vision, but they will also gain the experience of recognizing their strengths and areas that need to be developed in terms of leadership, protecting their strengths and developing the areas that need to be developed. Through course contents such as how to be more effective in receiving and giving feedback, motivation, cooperation and teamwork, conflict and crisis management, problem solving, it is aimed to contribute to them to be effective and efficient individuals not only in business life but also in the social life. From the second quarter of the term, some entrepreneurs who have realized their own business ideas will be invited to the course as speakers and inspire the students with their experiences. At the end of the semester, students are expected to design a product or service by putting their own ideas.
