Course Objectives: This elective course will enable students to demonstrate the knowledge and ability to think critically about educational psychology theories. Students will also apply theories of educational psychology to the interpretation of classroom practices and student behavior. By the end of this course, they will also be able to describe the basic principles of child and adolescent development and apply them to classroom practices.
