demonstrate familiarity with contemporary challenges in ethics of artificial intelligence,
differentiate and assess ethical positions on the problems discussed,
express arguments clearly and concisely. During the learning process, students will
take individual responsibility for and work collaboratively with fellow students towards the completion of group assignments.
Course Content: This course is an introduction to ethics of current and future artificial intelligence technologies. Some topics that we will cover are existential threat that AI is thought to create for humanity, autonomy of AI systems, algorithmic bias, autonomous weapons, selfdriving cars, and moral agency of AI systems.
